·We cannot accept responsibility for packages which get held up by customs offices.
·Please allow up to 45 days for delivery.
·Customers ordering from Brazil and Mexico should allow up to 60 days for delivery.
LAST DAY FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
All countries unless listed below - December 8th.
·Africa & Middle East - December 1st
·Asia and Far East and Caribbean, including China and Japan = December 5th
·Mexico & Brazil: 25th November (the actual delivery time is estimated between 10-14 days, however we find a high percentage of orders take longer as many are stopped in customs)

you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.
