How to maintain the ink cartridge

With the development of the thermal inkjet printer,how to extend the life of inkjet printer is a main question for our customers,usually how to maintain, why effect is completely different after using a peroid time?In fact, this is mainly because consumers usually do not have a good understanding of the operation,in particular,the lack of routine maintenance of the cartridge.This articel will share how to maintenance the ink cartridge.

Decription

1. Best printing distance:3mm from nozzle to the surface of the printing object.

Note: Some high-performance smart ink,best printing distance is 0.5~1mm.

2.The optimum temperature of the ink cartridge is between 5 °C to 30 °C.

3.Ink cartridge should be put into use immediately if you Wipe the cassette;

4.If you do not use ink cartridge immediately,please use a card holder to prevent the nozzle from drying,causing temporary nozzle clogging.

Nozzle wiping method:

01.Spray the correct amount of distilled water on the nonwoven fabric;

02.Tiled the nonwoven fabric,and make nozzle down,wipe the nozzle gently and slowly;

03.If the nozzle blockage is serious,still can not achieve a good printing effect after wiping,you can soake the nozzle in warm water around 30 ℃ for 5 minutes,and then use distilled water wet clean non-woven wipe the nozzle;

04.If you still can not solve the above method,please return the ink cartridges to the factory.
