Although the maintenance of the laser marking machine is more troublesome, its principle is simpler and there are many problems that can be solved by itself. To solve the problem without the need for professional and technical personnel to repair, the following are five common faults of laser marking machine.


1. Marking pattern of laser marking machine is whitish


Solution: Check if the molding speed is too slow and the molding temperature is too high.


2. The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is partially unclear


Solution: Check whether the thickness of the molded plate is uniform, whether the molding pressure is too small, whether the temperature is too low, and whether the accuracy of the machine is reduced.


Process Control Points: Mold plate thickness error should be controlled at 0. Within O01mm, the hardness should be maintained at 230-280N/mm. Since the hologram is designed to apply interference fringes by applying a certain pressure to the press roller, if the hardness of the press platen is insufficient, the internal stress will deform or damage the press platen during the imprinting process.


3. Marking film sticking of laser marking machine


Causes: The hot-pressing temperature is higher than the degradation temperature, and the viscosity of the coating increases to cause sticking and the film is wound on the hologram embossing roller.


Solution: Reduce the hot pressing temperature.


4. The marking logo of the laser marking machine is dull


Solution: Check if the heating temperature is too low and if the molding pressure drops.


Process control points: The setting of the molding pressure should take into account the molding temperature, the type of holographic material, or the case of the softening point of the coating layer. The pressure is too high, the molded plate is easy to damage or the holographic material is crushed; the pressure is too low, the molded image is unclear and incomplete; for the round pressure circle method, the initial pressure of the two sides of the pressure roller is generally about 0.08MPa; slow after the molding starts Slowly increase the pressure of the pressure roller to 030~0.50 MPa. Molding speed can be comprehensively adjusted according to the quality of the imprinting machine.


5. The marking logo of the laser marking machine is a clear piece of blur


The reason is that the temperature distribution of the hot press device is not uniform or the die plate is uneven.
