Can I test my product before purchasing the machine?
Yes. We offer Free Material Testing. Send us 1kg of your raw material, and we will run it on our NJP machine. We will provide a full video report and filled capsule samples for your review before you pay any deposit.
How do I handle powder that doesn't flow well (poor flowability)?
For sticky or non-free-flowing powders, we equip the machine with a specialized Force Feeder System. This system guarantees a smooth flow and uniform density, allowing you to process complex formulations that other machines cannot handle.
The fill weight is inconsistent. What should I check?
Consistency is usually tied to the dosing disc adjustment or powder density. Check the Tamping Pin depth and ensure your Force Feeder is maintaining uniform density. Our NJP design is specifically engineered to solve these inconsistencies and keep waste below 1%.
